A series of black and white photos of clouds over the bays of Eastern Long Island.

Even though my schedule and clear nights weren’t aligning too well. I was able to get out to create three new astro landscapes.

An early photo of the mike way using a star tracker

Several views of the Ponquogue Bridge starting with the boat ramp in the fog and ending with a view across western Shinnecock Bay

Night Clouds over Munn Point Southampton. The lights on the horizon are from Hampton Bays shows a good example of the light pollution even on the east end.

The new wind mill in West Hampton a Dutch style building. Worth the visit because it is such a pleasing view.
I couldn’t decide which I likes more the color or black and white version of these storm waves at the Montauk Lighthouse

I got out during the previous new moon to get a few astro landscapes. I recently got a star tracker. The star tracker is a device that rotates with the stars at night enabling me to take longer exposures at lower ISO’s. This reduces noice in the finished photo and lets the sensor collect more light. Enjoy the photos and thank you for looking.
